This is a nice shot, although I think that it could be beneficial to wait for a better moment, for the craftsman to look down at his work, or even cast a glance into the lens, instead of looking at someone/something left out of the frame.

The heavy black and white frame really makes it a pain to look at this image for longer than a few seconds.

This is my favorite of the challenge. It's excellent. I know the vignette is an intentional addition, but I think the shot is strong enough without it. I also think the heavy black border is a bit to overpowering. To me it actually makes this perfect shot look more "processed" if that makes sense. I really like the craftsman and the way he is holding the shoe and looking at what I think would be a customer. (Rather than looking at the camera and smiling). He looks to be in mid-sentence, and selling the customer his handcrafted wares. 10
