such a fun effect. sadly, I'm not a huge fan of sprawling citscapes since I live in an part of the world that has entirely too much. Additionally, there seems to be a lot of detail that has been lost in resizing. This has led to a somewhat unclear subject.

Still, I'll give it a bit of a push since I was once told 'DPCers are not generally fans of heavy color shifts... assuming that these are not the natural colors that is...

I really like the picture but:
1) I don't see what the title has to do with the image
2) The bottom part of the picture is oversaturated (even if it actually does look nice to my taste)
3) It really looks like you have played too much with the sky.

I will give this a 7.

The frame gives it a very cinematographic effect!
Where did you take the picture? I would be curious to know.

its been my experience that DPC'ers don't love "experimental" shots and processing, which is how i'd describe this, but I love it. the site needs more of this. Keep it up! 9
