The thing here is, someone tried a shocking drug image a while back, but they pulled it off with aplomb, it caused some controvery on the site, but personally I thought it was a great shot.. this one however is very poorly executed. It just doesn't work on a shock level or an artistic level..

I just imagined like some horrible parent discovering her daughter's crack collection: "Now you are going to sit here and inject ALL of that heroin until you've learned your lesson!"

The image is a bit too well-lit and saturated for such a serious subject. It looks like she's just sitting down to her breakfast cereal. Not to say she doesn't do this every morning, but "mundane" isn't the feeling one should get from this.
And, as I hinted at earlier, that IS a awful lot of drugs, just sitting in front of her as if she's going to work her way through the box.
