Red beautyby KrisbyComment by Germaine: This has a lot of potential, but I think your lighting is a little harsh. Did you only use a flash. Also, IMHO, the perspective could be improved. I'd like to see you shooting the lamp shade straight on, so we just get the shape, and don't see the gathered material at the top. I'd also straighten the fringe at the bottom. |

Bright diamondsby KrisbyComment by melismatica: I don't understand the inclusion of the wall in the upper right corner of the frame. It appears to be the sharpest part of this image. This angle is a bit extreme for this type of object. This is all just too monochromatic. |

The local time in Iceland is..by KrisbyComment by kyebosh: Some seperation between the subject and the wall might give a nice effect. There seems to be either a focus, or camera motion issue here. Try a tripod, or bracing against something while taking pictures. |

Bright diamondsby KrisbyComment by Caitlyn: Interesting and has potential, maybe a different background and more of the jewelry piece in focus? IMO. |

Bright diamondsby KrisbyComment by seancgn68: I'm not sure what should be in focus here. It looks like its the wall. Not sure if that was the intent, but I think it would have been better with one of the diamonds in focus. Other than that, I like the perspective and composition. |
