I find the lighting of this to be a bit problematic. The light is very harsh, causing very bright areas, and very dark shaddows. Some additional diffused light to remove the harshness of the shaddows would have been great.
Also, you are talking about movement and energy, and yet the photograph is static. Having this, with the fan moving, would have connected the photo much more to the theme you chose.

Bright colors are always good. Some of the whites on the right may be a little blown out.

In my belief there are more things that contribute for a great motivational/de-motivational poster:
Idea/creativity:7
Quality of the photo:10
Artistic viewpoint:8
Frame/borders:none...I really prefer there to be one
Appealence of the font: 9

Thanks all for the nice comments. I do get that the horizon isn't tilted technically, but wanted to do something a bit unique for the challenge. And, due to the "no healing brush" rule, I couldn't clean up the raw edge of the posterboard against the background.
