The slightly tilted horizon bothers me, but not the blown out bits. When the sun reflects off the water, it really IS that bright.

I love the silhouette - the angle and the pose are perfect!

I think the flat light has let you down a bit here. The scene is nice and you've taken it from an interesting angle, but I'm guessing you have a flat white sky there which has caused the shot to look a little flat too.

I think it would be worth going back and retaking this shot when you have some direct sunlight to give the scene contrast and shadows.
