Composition is alright, I think the light could be a little more dramatic. When viewing eggs artistically I like to see clean soft surfaces, I think these guys could have been cleaned up a little better prior to shooting. Maybe a softer light would mask some of the artifacts and imperfections a little better or even a dusting of baby powder or talc to whiten them up a tad.

neat picture! i'm a little torn, because at first I would say try a different colour background, but the more i look at this, the more i like it. the irregularities on the eggs are kind of distracting for me, as well.

Another three egg omelet :-)!!! I like that there is definition to the eggs but the eggs could have been a little bit cleaner. The lint and dirt are distracting.
