Who's the one waiting for lunch here? The big guy looks like he may eat that food! This photo looks like a regular snapshot with not much thought into it (just my humble opinion). It just doesn't really convey "Waiting" to me (even with your title - and I tend to ignore titles and look for the concept to be conveyed directly by the photo).

A very good picture, but a bit too obvious what it is. Actually it looks a bit like a town plan, with streets and squares. No traffic jams.
