	Ready for Flight? by JenHall Comment by pinback: I think this is a really nice picture, but the brief for the challenge is to photograph something which is actually in flight, which this isn't (as far as I can tell). Good use of B&W and I like the lighting and framing. Highlights on the forehead have blown out a bit.
