a little small.....It would be more dynamic if you went to the full 640 pixel. Sorry not enough detail to give a really good score....

Just on the off chance that nobody else has left an explanatory comment to accompany their low vote, I will. Hope this helps.

-The image is pretty soft, could use sharpening.

-Colors are washed out, some levels and curves adjustments could help that.

-There is an afterimage that looks like a partial reflection, but it is not obvious enough for me to take it as an intentional part of the composition.

-You should use the entire 640 pixels available on at least one side. You get maximum detail into the image that way.

-Watch the JPEG compression as well, you have up to 150k to use and the less compression you use the clearer your image will be.

Ok. Who's holding the seminar on light trails? Sure have seen a lot of them lately. In this case, the captured image isn't really doing much for me other than wondering what the heck, and why? Sorry. Good luck.

Neat! Is the bottom one a reflection of the top?

*not voting as I'm in this challenge-just commenting since I've seen requests for comments in the challenge thread*

I like this concept. I think it would be better if the top light trail wasn't cut off and the other lights were just as bright though.
