	Keeping Up Appearances by FranziskaLang Comment by Germaine: I usually hate anything on a plain white background, but this is different. I really like pale tones, the curve, and the minimal shadow. The whole effect is very graceful. For some reason, I would have liked it better if the flower were at the top of the picture, but that is my personal taste. 6

	Carnival in Venice by FranziskaLang Comment by eqsite: Very intersting subject. Good timing and control of lighting. The background looks a little too separated from the subject as if it was done in post-processing instead of naturally. The edges around the subject look just a little off.
