I've must say, I like this shot a lot. Not so much for its portrayal of "work" but, in general. Its very abstract in a certain sense, but at the same time I wouldn't be overly surprised to find something like this out in the middle of the desert while dirtbiking or ATVing.

I want to be constructive with my criticism, but know exactly what to say. I like the idea you had here, just something doesn't quite make this image "pop" for me. I think the hardhat taken up less of the frame and been centered and lower, it would have helped the viewer feel as though they were getting a nice POV shot. Hope this helps.
