Alone at the beach!by DantzrComment: This might be more interesting if the tree wasn't dead center. Also the picture is really crooked, try straightening out that horizon. Get this shot at sunset and I think you would be much happier with the results. |

Life at restby SimpaComment: This picture is way underexposed. It is hard to make out what is really there. I'm not sure what your conditions where here so I don't really know how to help you brighten it up. Either open up your aperture or slow down your shutter speed. Maybe a higher iso, or set your camera to overexpose by a stop. |

Stubby Tree in Fog at Twilightby jaysonmcComment: This shot looks really grainy. I'm not sure what your iso was set at, but if it was high, lower it down and use a tripod. Also the tree doesn't really seem like the focal point here, my eyes are actually more drawn toward the two posts in the foreground. It might help to make sure the tree is really tack sharp. |

Death on the Tracksby BeeCeeComment: Interesting subject, I still can't tell if I like this shot or not. I don't really like the boring leaf, but I do because of the idea behind it being run over. I really love the lines in this shot obviously being formed by the track. I may need to come back to this one and rethink my rating. Nicely done either way. |

"Novus Vita" (new life)by JustinMComment: I think I like this shot mostly for its simplicity, your background has nothing to it, but it really adds to the mood of the shot. It seems like the background is getting darker as you go up, but the sprout is getting lighter, I thought that was interesting. This has potential for a ribbon. |
