Regenerationby robaComment: This is an amazing image. I love the soft diffusion of light, and the reflection is immaculate. |

Distance in the Skyby HollyLayComment: I love the sky, and the light is fantastic...but the tree in the foreground is really destracting. In the future, I would try to cut such destractions out--I've found that soccer fields are a great place to get sky shots. Just my 2c... |

Age & Beautyby atsxusComment: I love the colors! I've never seen orange on such a vibrant and cold blue, but the color contrast is incredible and makes this leaf image stand out above the rest. Well done! |

A Prayer Before Jumpingby posthumousComment: I wish I could see where she is jumping to. Regardless, I feel like the branch in the front is distracting and you should try to bring out the shadow detail on the bridge. |

To Suffer is only the Beginningby mirrormimicComment: Noooooooo! As a gardener, this image is very disturbing--those poor roses! I wish the rose in the foreground was more in focus--stop down that apeture and give us a deeper depth of field. |

The Long Road Aheadby zifengwComment: It works better to catch your subject mid-stride, because then it gives him a sense of motion--right now, it looks like he's standing still. Also, the highlights on the road are completly washed out and very distracting. Go for a lower EV (faster shutter or smaller apeture). Likewise, a contrast filter would help tone down the highlights while keeping the shadows from being too dark. If 'the long road ahead' is the subject, and the viewer cant see the road, then the image is ineffective. |

Of Grape Harvestby skewsmeComment: The technicals are spot on--great lighting, depth of focus, and the color in the background is lovely. I understand that the broken vine represents the end of the grape harvest, but it honestly isnt that interesting. I would have used the two withered grapes in the lower right as my subject |
