Yes! One of, if not the only true abstract shot that was both original and nearly flawless in technical execution. I had this pegged for the blue--congrats!!

Nice shot. I love the smooth tones and the composition is solid (if unoriginal). My one complaint is that it isn"t exactly 'overexposed', because you've got a -ton- of highlight detail in the background

Sick vista. It probably would have worked better to have NO cars on the 'road less traveled' but it isnt a perfect world :)

I always like literal, tongue in cheek responses to challenges. This certainly is the 'road less traveled'!

You get a 10 from me, and Ill be damned if this doesnt win

Nice use of a wide angle distortion to highlight your subject

I like the composition, but your lighting needs some work. The flowers are indeed a 'point of color' but the light doesn't make them pop out with vibrant color and texture. Try sunrise/sunset light, and if that fails, a warmer whitebalance will make this light a little less dull.

This is an amazing image. And thanks for posting your workflow; it's quite helpful for those of us just beginning to experiment with textures

With some direct lighting on the flower, you'll improve the color, texture, and sharpness of your subject. Currently, it just doesn't stand out enough.
