This was a beautiful shot, Sorry about the DQ. Hope that it doesnt discourage you as it was very deserving of the top place that it ended. Its a wonderful shot and you should be proud of it.

Sorry about the DQ. It happens often that new member forget to check the date on their camera. It is crushing though that the DQ had to happen on a ribbon winner. I hope to see many more of your images. Keep playing.

Wonder if a narrower, vertical crop would have made a difference here. Something about the square crop just makes the composition look empty. Still, this is simply superb imagery. Love the water, the light and the wonderful lead in.

Nice , this is what i had in my mind , but could nt go to the location. If i were you , i would have lowered the elevation of shot , but that is my opinion.

Good luck--- It doesn't seem as if the sky or the water is overexposed. OK, maybe just a touch--looks more foggy to me. That said, it is an excellent composition and I predict first page. Joe perhaps?

What a beautiful picture. Im really not sure if it fits the challenge, since it doesnt feel at all overexposed to me. I guess the background is, but its not what i see when i look at it. Gorgeous though! Any other challenge (where it fit) i would have given it a 10. Sorry! :(

Nice shot. I love the smooth tones and the composition is solid (if unoriginal). My one complaint is that it isn"t exactly 'overexposed', because you've got a -ton- of highlight detail in the background
