there is something about this photo - maybe it's that the yellow on the flower center picks up the yellowing leaves that I do not like. It's definitely symmetrical - you did a nice job with that, it's just that the whole subject (flowers, leaves and branches) on a whole, looks likes it's on its way out, fading, past prime. Nice try.

Excellent idea. The angle is off just a bit so it not exactly symmetrical. You captured the romance of the scene though - I am picturing beautiful, sleek racehourses being housed behind the fences. Nice entry!

I love the intense colors, but they may be just a tad oversaturated. I made this same mistake with my entry this week too. Anyway - good try. Also, I think it looks a bit grainy - I cannot quite put my finger on it. I do like your attempt thoughj - keep it up.

Love the intensity and boldness of this photo. I think it could have made a stronger symmetrical statement if the main, center branch was all in focus - not just the upper half of the branch. Very nice effort!

He's one mean looking turtle! I like the blurred out effect all around the turtle, but it's too bad that the outer portion of the turtle's shell got blurred out too. Like the colours in the background - they play off nicely with the colours present in the turtle. Nice entry
