Greetings from the Critique Club

Welcome to DPC. I see this is your first entry and a creditable one as well.

YOu did well to capure these flowers in a high wind situation. In my area, the wind dies down in the early morning, and that's when I try to get my flower shots. So, sometimes, it just pays to shoot at the right time.

Because it was windy, you had to go for 'stop action' which gave you very little background blur. But because you want the viewer to look at the beauty of the flower, it's usually best to try for strong blur, and you usually need a still target for that. My suggestion is to bracket your shots: experiment, and see what you think.

In any event, you met the Challenge and got your first Challenge out of the way, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work at DPC.

I would have tried going in a bit closer on the shot. Maybe playing with the white balance a bit more and bringing out those whites.

there is something about this photo - maybe it's that the yellow on the flower center picks up the yellowing leaves that I do not like. It's definitely symmetrical - you did a nice job with that, it's just that the whole subject (flowers, leaves and branches) on a whole, looks likes it's on its way out, fading, past prime. Nice try.
