5 - Deerby ErikVComment: Wow! Very sharp for 1/8 sec exposure. They are not always cooperative, but if you can capture them before they run, they offer some great opportunities because they look right at you :) |

Gull in flightby PaulComment: All around very well done. My only complaint is that the framing is a little too tight for me. |

Coyote (Canis latrans)by pmichaudComment: I love the bokeh here. I think the centered composition works perfect for this because you lock right on to its gaze. The image seems a little soft, perhaps a little USM could make it a little crisper? |

Cape clawless otterby sulamkComment: You definetily captured a great moment here. The image is a bit soft, I would love if it were sharper. |

IMG_0511 ws.jpgby MacDonaldComment: I like what you did here. I am usually a fan of full color in wildlife images, but I think this edit looks nice. |

LA2O9234V.jpgby ellamayComment: I love the expressions on their faces (and the grass hanging out of the ones mouth :) ) I hope to be able to capture some bear photos soon. I would think there may be cubs around due to the size of the sows teets? |

4 - Brown Heron -- correction, juvenile black crowned night heronby ErikVComment: I think this is a immature black crowned nigh heron as well. I agree with the earlier comment on moving your angle up a bit to eliminate the tree in the background. Perhaps you could have opened your aperture up more as well. With f/2.8 on that lens I bet your could get some sweet bokeh. |

Catbirdby MaryOComment: I love the bokeh here as well. I am a huge fan of bokeh. I like his head-tilt, and I like how the perch is diagonal across the frame. I like these birds, they typically will let me get fairly close :) The image seems to have a greenish tint to me, even on the bird. |
