Yes, it is, but you'll have a coma-like sleep for about 3 hours then trip your senses off for a day or so. More potent if dried first. Meets the challenge well, but a rather uninspired composition. Getting right down at water level might've put the reeds in the skyline, or had a reflection of the landscape. (Or got your foot bitten off, of course...)
