This image is interesting to me because the "blizzard" can signify what the person in it must be feeling. I like that it has that sort of "deeper meaning" (+1) to it. I would have liked to see this photo in black and white, because the green of the tree above the person is kind of distracting. Also, there are some blue splotches on the base of the tree to the right. I'm not sure if that's my monitor, or what's going on. (technical)

I think it's a neat idea to take the approack of "sculpted by the wind" instead of the wind itself, but I do think that without the title the photo wouldn't say "wind" to me. I would have liked to see the tombstone on the left sharp and in focus as well. As far as creativity, I think the approach is creative but I would have liked to see creativity in angle, composition, etc.

The colors work well together. I like the blur of the strings on the fan, although it looks a little manipulated instead of pure slow shutter speed. Which isn't necessarily bad. I just like the movement.

Your subject matter is cool and different. I like your viewpoint, that you got in close and filled the frame with the subject. The business of the background is pretty distracting, and the seeds on the right kind of blend in with them. Maybe a little flash would bring those out and freeze them if they are in action.

The lighting is great and your composition is pretty good, but I would have liked to see you get in closer to the windmills and fill more of the frame with that.
