I like the use of the colored lighting, but I expect this won't do well because of a general lack of sense of humor among people when it comes to voting.

Meets the challenge, good focus, nice colors and composition, maybe a little lacking in wow factor, but a good photo.

The colors work well together. I like the blur of the strings on the fan, although it looks a little manipulated instead of pure slow shutter speed. Which isn't necessarily bad. I just like the movement.
