I really like this shot. The composition is perfect with the two main elements (the girl and the old house). I love the B&W for this shot, it totally says a lot more than if it were in color. Good choice.

I really like the sillouette of the plant, but it is almost centered in the frame, to fit the rule of thirds it should be closer to the intersection of the lines if the frame was divided into thirds both horizontally and vertically.

I am sorry I guess it is at the intersection of the thirds, I was wrong for once ;) I guess I would have liked to see more in the foreground because of the limited depth of field. I upgraded your score a little too.
