A Call for Craftby raishComment: Thats just plane... (sorry for the pun) LOL This is actually quite creative! I love the coloring and the building behind the tool that possibly helped to build it. |

For The Love Of Musicby xXxscarletxXxComment: I had a violin silhouette in mind for this image but couldn't find the right instrument to pull it off. Thats the right size! Nice Job! |

O Pointy Birdby alfrescoComment: Very nice! This is impressive! The wing is spectacular! I'm not crazy about the pink background color though. |

Chapter IVby timfythetooComment: Incredible sky, beautiful ship, nice reflection. Only thing that could improve this shot is removing the lights on the far shore. (I know, not in basic editing) |

Repeating Cranesby arosComment: This isn't much of a silhouette as the light is on the cranes for the most part. |

3 years after the fireby betsypdxComment: I love the mountain in the background and the blue sky. The horizon in the center isn't right to me. I would like to see a bird in the branch to show life is returning. Never the less, it is interesting to look at. |

Fence and Fieldby sfarrell23Comment: a blue sky with poofy white clouds would have made this phenomenal. Did you shoot with a polorizer? If not, you need one. I love the fence line. the one in the foreground draws your eye back to the one that cuts across at the trees. With an overexposed white sky I would have cropped more of it off. If this was advanced editing I would have replaced it in photoshop.
I think a grad ND filter would have been helpful here too but I don't have one yet to give advice on using it. I love this image anyway so Im adding it to my favorites! |

the drive to workby piaffe529Comment: The sky is to bland to have that much of it in the image. Tilt the camera down to bring the horizon to the upper 1/3 line an show more of the foreground which would stretch the distance of the fence. It would also give you a triangle that would lead your eye to the barn and tree. You could also lower the camera closer to the ground to virtually eliminate the roof and bring the tree more into the scene. I like the misty feel of the morning. |

autumn approaches..by IreneMComment: Don't care for the border. An image should be able to stand on its own without one. I think this would have been good. |
