A sacrifice to the taming of the Tasmanby locutusComment: Perspective and composition fine, but the subject is partially blown out in the hilites, as are the wash of the waves. The subject matter is a little obscure but the colours are great! |

Waiting for the Fisher Kingby dahkotaComment: Strangely enough this "high key" image works for me, mostly, but is missing a bit on the left. Maybe a little more contrast in the water would help. Nice. |

Fountain by the riverby RiderGalComment: I love street scenes. This is well balanced and reminiscent of old days around a fire hydrant or garden hose - simple fun! The lack of subject detail de-personalizes the person making the image easier to embrace. |
