| Lens flare detracts greatly as does the copious amount of void foreground, void sky, central horizon and lighthouse. |

For me, it would have been a perfect shot if not for lens flare.
Beatiful framing, awesome colours.

The composition of this image leaves a tad to be desired, and I fear that the sun flares will have a negative impact on your score.
I do hope you will not think of me as unduly harsh, but rather as one who is trying to help you avoid some of the common pratfalls associated with photography. You might consider investing in a polarizer filter, and read some of the materials dealing with the Rule of thirds and "Leading Lines"

| This photo has potential but I feel you just missed the mark by centering the light house. I realize you needed to get the sun in the frame but you did so at the expense of the compositional aspects of an otherwise great photo. |

| Would a lens hood (or even using your hand or some other object) have helped with the lens flare? |
