Just a touch over exposed. I am not sure if you meant to do it on purpose, but I would actally like to see a bit more of the edge of the petals where the white meets white.... I have an image that I'm currently working on fixing a similar problem with. In yours, it looks like there is enough information there that you could probably make the adjustment in photoshop CS using the Image> Adjustments> Shadow/Highlight, as suggested in this turorial:

A couple suggestions: could turn the photo clockwise a bit, just to straighten out the horizon line- would also help the lifegaurd and stand appear more upright, and also adjust the layers to brighten it up a bit, seems kind of dark overall.
