Not a bad choice, but lacks contrast to really make it pop and doesn't seem to be fully in focus.

Dirty and not sharp. This would be interesting if clean, focused, and contrast brought up.

This photo has potential. I would like the subject to be in sharper focus. Advanced editing rules apply in this challenge, thus some of the dirt specks could have been cloned out.

Neat texture but the focus and lack of a main subject I believe will hurt your score.

hmm.. maybe I just don't "get it"... but I rated this low because it's blurry and I didn't feel that the pattern was all that interesting on its own.
