Lynx ... and his territory...by ApeeComment: I really like the monochromatic feel of the image, esp the warm tones. The light on the face along with the catchlights really engage the viewer. I like the mix of textures with the wall, wood, and fur too. My favorite of the challenge so far. |

Drakeby JutildaComment: Good exposure, the red is really quite vibrant and saturated, and good to see a catchlight in the eye too. I like how the background adds a color contrast without being too obvious or distracting. Technically good but lacks the wow that gives it a little bit more. |

Foot Loss and Fancy Free.by CapeSailComment: Good job with the exposure but it's a very static image, especially with the gull in the center of the frame. Technically good but there just isnt much interest in the shot. |

In The Juniperby BalkoComment: It's a pleasant scene. The foliage looks a little dull to me, though, like it could do with a little more contrast. Adding contrast and using a mask on the snow should prevent it from being any more overexposed. Could do with a little more sharpening on the cardinal too. |
