1/5th of the frame (on the right) is distracting becouse it's empty. And the other 4/5 of
the image are very nice and pleasing to look at. I think that's your only mistake.
I would go a bit lower and to the left if it was my shot.
And maybe it's too blury. Camera shake or wind? well anyway, I'll vote high, I like it.

I know you couldn't expose for sky, but you could've cut it out of the frame.
But It doesn't ruin this shot alot. Colorfull trees are nice.

This is all watter? I'm confused at first look. But the more I look at it, the more confused
I get. And composition doesn't point anything out. Actualy, nothing is pointed out
in any way. And this HARSH shadow kills it all. Well....
