Crown Pointby ace flymanComment: Cool scenic. Placement is along the right 1/3 line, though maybe a bit to the right. Plateau creates another 1/3 line along the upper horizontal. Impressive building is just about at the intersection, almost. |

My Nephewby donfanaticComment: Nice placement of subject in the right of frame; gives him somewhere to walk in to. Face might be a tad to the right of the 1/3 line. Color temp is a little cool due to the shade. |

WADING FOR MISS PIGGIEby DustyComment: Frog's eye in intersection of thirds lines. Nicely done. Some foliage out of focus in the forground is a little distracting. |

Leaving the day behind by arpitaComment: This is one amazing photo. Sharpness is superb and the texture of the surface of the water as well as the bird are superb. Bird is placed along right third of frame. Reflection is complete and makes for an impressive overall image. Intersection of thirds lines, however are at the back of the bird's body. This shot is everything but perfect. |

Smile Billy. The Water Won't Bother You.by LindaEComment: Very funny. Nice placement of the boy's head at the intersection of thirds. Grouping of the parents sets the boy off also which is nice and adds to the drama of the situation. Title adds a lot to the context. Great candid photo! |

the dotsby Pipon13Comment: I see the thirds. Not quite sharp and not much visual interest. |

Tasmanian Devilby GinaRothfelsComment: Nice placement of subject in the line of thirds on the right of the frame. Head/body are about at the intersection of the upper/right lines. Not sure what the man is doing, interesting image though. |

Fusionby rishinicolaiComment: This is good. Eye right at the intersection of thirds, plus this was done in action. Very impressive photo! Subject is facsinating and use of thirds is expert. Would have liked it more if you could see more of her eye though. |

"Rule thru the Three's"by sfarrell23Comment: I get it. I probably would have used a different placement of the dice. The depth of field needed to put the ruller in focus also puts the green one in focus. However, the blue and the red ones take up more of the frame. Would be stronger to have the larger dice in focus. The intersection is pretty much on the 7, but it is not clear to the observer why that is important. Nice effort though. |

Summer Breezeby totaldisComment: Nice use of thirds (as well as depth of field) to focus on the subject. Flowers in forground that are out of focus take up a large part of the frame though. Not sure why I should pay attention to the one flower and not the others. |
