The Need For Intimacyby sz1_Comment: Personification not powerful enough. Once you do away with the title, either the personification is totally lost or there are infinite interpretation possiblities. |

and the flowers wept..by tristaliskComment: Beautiful shot. However, I have to argue that less of the personification is in the photograph and more in the mind of the photographer. In other words, all flowers do become like that after a while; it's up to you whether you're in the mood to see them as personification of sorrow, or just withered flowers. The picture by itself, without the title, doesn't incline me towards that mood. |

Griefby tateComment: The idea is there but I have a hard time sensing the grief in the bent banana. |

Shynessby drakarComment: The title makes me like it but then again if it was untitled I wouldn't have sense the personification you had in mind. |

Solitudeby akolaginiComment: It appears concept-pictures like this beautiful shot are not popular here. Straight into my favorites. I can look at this forever. Thanks for sharing. |

Edge of Autumnby MrvileComment: 87th place is a shame. Nevertheless, it will always be one of my favourites.
ps: I don't think the picture should have been brighter. Nature isn't always bright either. |
