Ripplesby carloComment: Maybe a little cropping, so the boy isnt' in the center (vertically) as much. I'd definetly suggest bringing up the shadows, so that the boy is less of a silhouette (fill flash in photoshop). Dunno, maybe you already did, and it was just a really bright day. |

Thorny Patternby DAWARComment: I think if the background were a little more discernable, the hilights not blown out it would help tremendously. Also (or maybe just alternatively), maybe a different perspective, where the spines draw your eyes across the photo. |

Aloneby bernmayComment: I was really close to giving it a 6 instead of a 5. I can't quite put my finger on the problem though. The contrasting colors between the middle and the bottom is good. Maybe because that theme doesn't continue as well into the top, the impact is decreased? |

The break in your whisperby BradComment: I think if the sand were a little brighter, then the shadows would be more dramatic, and at the same time. Tough call though, since the sun is already partially blown out. Maybe if taken just a few seconds later? |

Godmother´s lookby StructorComment: I think it'd be much better if the highlights of the statue didn't overpower the background so much |

Mint on Whiteby stphqComment: Maybe some slightly bigger mints would make a bolder composition? |

white what?by LlamboComment: For me, it'd help if the top of the dog's head had more contrast with the background |
