I don't know if it is my monitor or the image, but this looks a little over processed and would benifit from some Unsharp Mask. It would be interesting to try this agian with a polerizer filter. I like where the water line falls (good rule of 1/3's) It might be interesting to try a different crop horizontally to position the buildings differently the CN tower is bit too close to centre.

The lights have caused the over all image to be under exposed. Try using the spot/centre metering on a darker part. The lights will be blown out, but the rest of the image should be better. You might also want to play with the white balance.

I did this with PS with the Highlight/Shadow's under the enhance menu.
