Darned clever, and even if the lighting is a bit harsh (as suggested by another commentator), I'm surprised that this did surpass quite a few other entries!

Btw, I keep thinking that pieces of the Jalepenos and the apples would be great tossed together in a salad.

Gosh, anyone complaining about wanting a "biggie" camera because 'all they have' is a Rebel and a kit lens ought to take a look at this image! Your entry is wonderful - apparently, a good eye ad a wonderfully creative imagination doesn't need $2-4,000 worth of gear! Well done.

A truly beautiful and unique image - but, it was up against some other outstanding shots. I think at least 20 entries could have been tied for the three ribbons! All of you should be proud of your creations.

I do have a question, however. Was your copyright info added post-contest (because of it being available for printing)? This was a first for me, and I'm just being curious.
