That has to be the most perfect way to serve pumpkin pie I have ever seen. Minimal crust, maximum flavor, yummy. Loses a point for what looks like cool whip topping though... it has to be the real stuff for pumpkin pie!!!

PPS- I wanted to tag on that I was looking through your profile and I noticed on one of your photos you commented that people are probably getting sick of seeing your kids. I think you are being too hard on good ole DPC, I'm sure we will all find them absolutely adorable forever... anyone who doesn't is a stinky face... or at least until the teen years hit, black lipstick, nose rings, hehehe...
