When Wishes Came Trueby indigo997Comment: The idea definitely works (to meet the theme). The focus seems a bit blurred (I've looked at it on more than one monitor) and the colors a bit washed out. Take this into Photoshop (or whatever you use) and then sharpen and saturate. |

Yes, sir!by stephanComment: First off, this is an excellent picture. I love the exposure, the framing and composition. However, conveying the theme was carried more by the title than the picture. Another entrant submitted "Daddy!," showing a silhouette of a man holding a belt. To me, that conveyed the idea without needing to read the title. |

Not Again...by alanfreedComment: This reminded me of another game that seems to have gone by the wayside: Croquet. The composition of this shot is very well done. You caught enough of the circumstantial so as not confuse or baffle the viewer. (Personally, I consider it important to be able to tell something about the surroundings.) |
