Composition - Great composition, excelent moment, the focus is spot on (I know how hard sports can be) The crop is excelent.

Technical - Maybe a litle bit of contrast boost would have done this photo a whole lot of good. The skin tone seems to be a litle red aswell, maybe make it a litle bit more blue with the color balance tool.

Overall - Fits the theme ok, not spot on but it is good. I love the photo, while woting I gave this a 8 I think.

A small hello from the critique club!

Composition - There is something here that is off with the composition, but I am not quite getting exactly what it could be. Some cropping might be good, but I would say that a completely different angle would have made this shot better. The moment allso needs to be better becouse the ball is slightly out of focus.

Technical - The post processing on this one is pretty much none I think. Please let me know if I am wrong. Technicaly the shot is very simple and not at all refined. Its like you could need some more thought into it and to post process the photo in GIMP, Photoshop og Paintshop Pro.

Overall - Not a very good photo, sorry to tell you but you surely are on the right way. It will be fun to see more of your photos in future competitions.
