Technically it's not a bad photo, but for some reason I'm not a huge fan of the image. Maybe it's the disheveled necklace. Maybe the background needs a little burning in... I just can't put my finger on it. -5

I love it, nice perspective. My only dislike is the overexposed fingers.

I really like the post processing on this, it has a very "dreamy" feel to it.

The contrast on this seems a bit harsh... borderline overexposed

Very nice, the colors really pop and the grayscale has nice depth and texture.

Potentially a good image, but IMHO the DOF is a bit shallow. The grayscale could use a little more depth with an ever so slight tweak in levels.

The edges on this look a little sloppy... It looks like you did a lot of selective blur which is not as effective as using a shallower DOF.

The commentors on this one have pretty much nailed a good initial impression of this image. It also depends on what you're going for, it does have a bit of a digital art feel to it. I would suggest a much longer exposure for this type of shot... your ISO is punched way the heck up which will introduce quite a bit of noise, but your shutter speed is pretty fast for a night exposure.

I would suggest using a tripod and exposures at least 30 seconds or longer for true nighttime photography... Not terrible for a first-time entry and I hope it doesn't discourage you from future entries.
