Lucky Seven - a roundabout way of thinking!

Striking photo! But wow, it would have had an even greater impact without the "Lucky Seven" in the title. Just "A roundabout way of thinking!" would have been perfect. For me anyway. We know the challenge was called lucky seven. Unless that has some relevence to the photo, which I don't see. But the photo itself is outstanding. Too bad there's that little patch of clothing, or fingers, between the two bottom heads. Again, unless you meant for it to be there, but somehow I doubt it. And I know you couldn't remove it because it is an open challenge.

Very nice, but you should have told that one ant to straighten himself out a little. :) Like the composition. I like how there is a definitive edge to the goo (honey?), and that it's not jagged. Not that it would be jagged, but i like that it's not.

Very nice, subtle seven. Not in your face seven. And I'm glad you didn't put "seven" in the title. Might as well give you a seven.

I like the photo. You never think of cologne bottles in the outdoors like that. This would make a good ad for cologne. The desaturation works too, but I think the bottles could have used a little more focus. Unless that's what you were going for. And you probably could have left out the "7" from the title.

Nice photo, but the ships seem more like the subject to me than the poles. But there are 7 of them.

When I was a kid I was forbidden to play with the seven fingered kids. Now I'm all emotionally screwed up. Can I be your friend? 8

Sweet. Original. Maybe Nike will use this for their next ad campaign.

Cute. I don't think that border adds anything to the picture though. I think it's more of a distraction. Perhaps the dark, thin outer portion of it would be fine, but the transparent part was probably unnecessary.

Very nice photo. I somehow missed this one during voting. I also used a Kansas lyric for one of my entries in another challenge. But it was a more obscure song, and I'm pretty sure no one caught it. Congratulations on your first ribbon!
