This is the only CD shot I have seen so far that appeals to me. Nice interesting photo of a rather mundane subject. There are at least a dozen CD photos I think.... this is the best. Well done.

I would like to have seen this be bigger. I think you have a good shot here, but the smaller size almost always hurts the votes you get. I'm not commenting to tell you that though, I am commenting to let you know I like the image. The composition is good. I do wonder whether it would have more impact without the license plate though.... Good luck.

This could have been great with a smaller aperature. As it is, only the two closest ants are in focus, and those don't seem all that in focus. I like the idea. I have seen a similar ant shot already, but I think I like this one better. May come back to this later. Well done.

Most of the time I like borders, but somehow I find this type of translucent border distracting. I'm not sure why.... However I love this shot. Great symmetry and balance to be found here. A rare 8 from me.

I think it is also something you shouldn't take a close up picture of.... Gross factor kills your score.
