I think you used a flash for this shot, which might be the reason for the red iris. IMHO this does not provide me with an Illusion effect, but a defect. Also, the lack of sharpness in the focus is always a minus.

Sensually elegant. Classy. Vogue. I would have also tried to avoid the raised hairs on the back, unless there would have been more movement on them; as it is they seem to be simple out of place. Also, the champagne glass could have been clearer if it was pointing away from the chest, towards the light, providing a balance in the composition against the extended arm in the left.

Wonderful use of the single ilumination source technique. I'm not sure it had to be B&W, but it depends on the color of light you used, and it's intensity required to provide enough color. Good composition and cropping.
