This was a neat idea. I really like the shapes I see in the smoke. But it is too blurred. I tried some smoke photos and found them very hard to do. My best guess is that you used too long an exposure for this one.

Love the expression on his face. You have really done an excellent job capturing the beauty of his eyes. He definitely looks hopeful. I gave this very good marks because it fits the challlenge so well and because this photo is sharply focused and has great colors and is overall very well composed.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to have gotten all of that front paw in the frame!
