Green Chevyby FotowereldComment: I like the shallow DOF; the leaves in the front are perfectly focused on; the mint green car color is very unique. The implied lines are everywhere: bumper, leaves, fender.......good shot |

Farewell to the Aspens of 2004by photomComment: Not enough detail in the yellow leaves, a little out of focus. BUT, I still voted an (8) because you met the challenge criteria very well, have an interesting image, and took a great shot. |

It hasn't always been this way...by GatorguyComment: Nice setup. I'm typically not a fan of B&W pictures, but I like this one. You've paid attention to the details and got a picture that can be stared at for a while. |

innocence in the eyes of povertyby olhaldoComment: OK, your image is just painful to look at. Little children are the most difficult part of poverty. You nailed the eyes, focus, and DOF. I gave you an (8). |

House of Cardsby sibelingComment: Great title, nice arrangement of subject material. The colors are a little washed out and the top card has lost a little focus. I gave you an (8) |

Obstinate individualby NodeComment: Ok, I get it: a dry harsh landscape and a "little engine that could" plant busting out of a crack. I think that a backdrop without a diagonal angle would add more to the front of the image. It is the first thing I see when looking at the pic. DOF and focus are right on. Nice color contrast as well. |

Busted Soleby BigMoComment: If only your image was larger. However, I like the shallow DOF and focus on the boot's toe. Everyone can appreciate the miles those boots have walked. Good shot |
