	Snack Time by paintintheneck Comment: This is a great image - it just doesn't look like anything in particular has a sharp enough focus. Even with a shallow DOF - this could have worked if even one chip was really really sharp (maybe the one in the dipping sauce) 5

	Pieces by lemondster Comment: This is an effective composition - but I find you really need black blacks and white whites to make a black and white photograph work. A white background may have done the trick - with a higher contrast to ensure the darkest shadows are black. 5

	five little pups by parrothead Comment: THis is image is nearly perfect - I would have given it a 10, but the bottom is cut off in a bit of a distracting way. There's a bit of a different colour, almost like a border right at the feet. I wish I could see more of the feet or what was just below the puppies. 9
