If the dog is your subject, it needs to be more clarified. The picture is good, the title matches, but the dog is very small, almost hidden. It apear like a simple snapshot. Adding some perspective will be more emphatic.

Motion blur is a nice effect, but this is only a blur! Is so hard to photography a moving car. If it was a perfect motion blur you had got a greatest note.

A challenging title for BW. A bit out of focus too. The Glasses had a good impression of light eyes, but the stone and the other object... may be a pen... is blurry and apear not to be intentional, despite of your further comments.
