It look like a wireless microphone... I don't think it fit for non-electronic... beside, human voice is not a technology, nor hig or low. the color are interesting the quality is very good the composition is well done.

Appealing shot but the subject in the challenge point of view is too small. It look more like a generic cityscape shot with an accidental clock in it than a specific "passing time" themed photography. The focus being on the plant in the foreground an maybe not at hyperfocal make the subject look slightly blurred. (5)

Really interesting idea. I hope for you that you won't get voted down too much for being "out of focus". Personnally, while I tink it's very clever from a "meeting the challenge" point of view, photographically speaking, I don't find it really appealling.
