Time for workby ClayaComment: Interesting idea. The background (wood) looks a bit pale. Would have liked better lighting to eliminate the soft shadows on the "numbers" or go the other way and make the shadows more pronounced. |

Scorpion's Tailby tyt2000Comment: Nicely done. Would have liked more depth of field. Maybe a black background or some other color not so similiar to subject. |

Starburstby weavercComment: Very creative, nicely original, and I'm envious because I don't get ideas like this! Good execution. Would have liked the nails at about the 2 o'clock position a bit better lit, but that's a NIT. Should be a top ten finisher! |

Remodeling Relicby WildflowerJoyComment: This is kind of cool. I like that the background is actually an important part of the image. I can almost smell the paint, and the focus is so good the can really pops. considering the subject matter, you've done a good job with a really (let's face it) non-compelling subject! 8... |

The Old Chessboard in my garageby terjeComment: Not too keen on the light behind the chessboard upper left. Depth of field could be improved. Hard to do a chessboard that isn't too cliche, but there's not much original in this picture. Wonder why you cropped off left hand corner. |

City Driver Parking In Suburbiaby GolferDDSComment: FANTASTIC, I love the humor. Made me laugh out loud, literally. How long did you have to wait for the snow to re-accumulate after putting the car in the garage sideways? And how long did it take to parallel park? ha! Have to take off a point for the horizon slipping down to the left, but otherwise, a fine garage art picture. 7 |

In winter without garageby mannjuditComment: I like this because it's so black and white and then there's that great red paint. Good composition. Glad I don't live in the snow! :-) |

"Horse people are popular." Gung Hay Fat Choy!by sfaliceComment: I don't understand the connection of the title to the picture. I don't understand why the background doesn't cover the entire picture. I don't understand the expression of the horse (in relation to the title). |
