Surf's up, dude!by jvdpcComment: True surfers don't care what season it is, but this is a nice photo. The color reflecting in the water is great and the forming waves show up well. The silhouetted surfers seem to be enjoying the beauty before jumping in and your composition emphasizes the vastness of the ocean. |

Summer is Baseball Seasonby brentpaughComment: While baseball is synonomous with summer (at least in the U.S.), the stadium exists year-round so this photo doesn't represent summer as well as some of the other entries. But this photo is well done. The tree in the foreground adds a nice touch of color, and nicely frames the "Minute Maid Park" sign. |
