Love this real quality and city black-and-white with a blur. I also like the fact that you set up the homeless gentlemen in exactly the right spot in the photo. The viewers ayes go from the blur on the left to the graffiti which is in perfect focus-amend the homeless gentlemen below were you tried to stop and look at the face which is up obscured by the figure on the right. The whole thing makes for greater entry

I originally voted this lower... but immediately reconsidered. I love how you have the motion blur on the passers-by.... really turns them into "passers-by". Reveals the indifference in them. Great execution of the shot. 10, and I hope you ribbon on this.
